Also you might want to have a look at Geek Article And Review System (GARS). A powerful articles & reviews system, however it's commercial.

Does GARS use the message board for articles?

What I am looking for is something like what Static Design uses:

I would like to keep them seperate and that format on static-design looks very professional and not like a "message board post".

Hey is using vbarticles 2 by Cinq, but I am hoping this is the same thing just version 3.
