I am sorry, but your database is not damaged by AWS. I am not sure what the cause of your error is, but I know for sure, it is not caused by AWS. Over 300 sites are using AWS, this is the first time I hear anything about a damaged database. And from the error message, it looks as if your problem is not in the database itself, but in some temporary file. Maybe some partition is running low on disk space?

NewOrder 08-29-2005 03:00 PM

im uninstalling aws anyway, ill get support from vbulletin.com

sv1cec 08-29-2005 03:05 PM

As you wish. It is not AWS which is causing you this problem, that's for sure.

NewOrder 08-29-2005 03:21 PM

yet the problem started when i installed it, funny that

sv1cec 08-30-2005 04:38 AM

Funny, I am sure it is not. However, if I remember correctly, you had some problems with the hack installation, initially. That means that some things were not changed the way they should. I can't be blamed for how you did the edits.

As I told you, 300 sites are using AWS, with no such problems. I am sorry for your ordeal, but do not blame the hack for it.
