being a false girl is good for noobs that think they will recieve more help because they are feeble... ... i would recommand these guys to call themselves "brave turtles" instead...

Some guys go with the slut-girl images because they like to stir things up and they get young men more riled up when they act like a hot babe.

Real women can generally spot a fake, but I have been fooled before by people doing just what nex said - posing as a female to get more help in irc or on a forum.

It does not honestly matter to me what someone has as avatar, it was merely a point of interest.

For example long ago a chat I would frequent one guy I knew wore an avatar of a girl (he ended up a she after some time at the doctors)

But I know this can not be the case as often as I see it these days, so I was interested in why the trend.

Yes I am a curious one, I like to know why ;)
