I didn't even looked so far to find that backdoor. The basic major security issues (apart from teh hack not being coded in a 'VB way') is that you don't sanitize your external input (the cookies for example). This can be abused for a SQL-insertion. I didn't look further to see if more security issues are in this code.

So at this time my warning still stands.
