The idea is correct, but I want a blank page. I'm not a coder, myself, so I can't take that part and make it into my own. I don't want it to have to start as a rules page coming off of the register php file. I want a blank page with instructions on how to make it exactly like I want it. =D I sound demanding. =\

Like with... https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=62164. That's what I want, but that doesn't work with 3.5.0 beta 3+.
