mines doing same thing, tho updating email didnt fix it. i just submitted a ticket

wait wait....so you dont have access to the member's area forever even with an owned license???How do you get access to the member's area forevere?

You don't.

Member Area access lasts for one year after purchasing your owned license. After that, a $35 (I think) renewal fee is required for a further year's access per year - if required.

You keep your access to the members area, you just can't download new versions from the members area when your license expires. :)

I think its $30 a year, and I saw on one post somewhere that you will still be able to have access to the members area, and be able to download all the versions up to the date of the expiry of the year's access, it just you will not be able to download newer versions until you renew.
