He is apparnetly using vbulletin without a license and was demanding we let him have access to vBT :)

I'm from Vietnam, I had registered by the invite of my friend. But this forum not have view demo, not allow to download ? Why? Do it not free ? Now, i want a skin for my forum, who help me....! plz....! okey ...! ( Free services...! )

I have license to my vBulletin bord and i still can not download anything :confused:
