Heh, I had that problem too and thanks to Faranth got it fixed.
In your vBulletin options, there is an option called 'Location of clear.gif' in the Style & Language Settings. Make sure this points to 'clear.gif' and not a URL (which is what vBadvanced changes it to I believe)..

Great Job. I love dark styles ... easier on the eye, easier on the migraines, and they just look good.
