Wouldn't you be mad if someone took your work and didn't leave you any credit?

if its his work, then its his he legaly owns it. he must adheaer to the copyright laws, if he refuses to he can go to the guys host about it, or worse ^^

As i understand where you are comming from, people steal from people every day on the net, its just the risk you take. Its not like he stole every single image from your site or the code aswell etc.

im sorry mind trix but your wrong, its his work, he legally owns it, he either must remove it or get permission from the owner to use it. if he refuses, legal action can be taken, regardless if its one image, or a million.


if i were to call my forums Microsoft Windows Forums, because my family name is Microsoft (somehow lol ) and we sold windows, trust me MS would be all over me, and they could sue me for using their copyrighted material.

once anything is created there is an automatic copyright on it, im sure storm can more than prove its his image, which gives him intelectual copyright on it regardless if he has gone though to legally copyright his work after that.
as i said before monstergamer.net has two options, remove, or get premission.

Yeah i understand that Faranth. I just personally dont see why someone should kick up a fuss over a star image? Fair enough if it was something bigger etc you know?

And also how comes people dont get sued for using the windows xp vB theme?

because with my style microsoft is fully copyrighted, or they havent seen it yet :)

the navbar is a modifcation here that he modifed just abit more. serach in the vb3 template mods ^^
