He means he needs a bg image in those sections, thats easy..

Just find where it says...

Code:

bgcolor="#C1D7F4" background="images/head_bg.gif"

and replace it with...

Code:

bgcolor="#C1D7F4" background="images/head_bg.gif" background="images/bgimagename.gif"

Hope that works cuz it works for me
