yes you need to go into your templates (CP -> Templates -> Modify -> Choose the template you want to edit -> Change orginal )

,then you need to look exactly where the template show the part of your text which you want to change the font size and then you must there delete <normalfont> or <smallfont> and dont forget to del the endcommand </normalfont> or </smallfont> too !!
