Anything that requires an actual .php file to be changed "I'm" going to consider a hack. But that is just me ;)
Maybe there is another quick reply other than Firefly's but I have not seen it.

There are a few Quick Replies, I found more then one over at vB.org.

Yeah, I should check them out more often. Firefly's seemed to be the most dependable last time I looked. But it's been a while.

Anyway. Adding a quick reply is something I still probably won't do. Some people simply won't want it. It will be easier to add it or give instructions or updates in the members area. So if somebody does want it they can just grab an update or get info...

I know a few forums that don't use it and thats fine, because it really rids of the reply pages use. Except for smilies and attachments and stuff like that.

The only "good" one "I've" ever seen is FireFly's over at vb.org.

Like I said I will more than likely add that option (quick reply) for free in the members area ;)

But if you guys know of a good working one without having to edite showthread.php give me a holler.
