If you have an owned license, even if expired, you should still be able to download hacks and/or access the forums at vBulletin.org, which leads me to believe your board is pirated.

1. The login is not a one time thing, they e-mail it to you.
2. If you are not licensed, you have no place here.
3. If I find out you are not licensed and you lied, you will be banned anyway.
