Dream:

I noticed with 3.5 that the url hyperlink in the text editor doesn't do anything more than put in the url.

Instead of [ url="http://www.yourplace.com" ] title [ /url] it puts in [ url="http://www.yourplace.com ] http://www.yourplace.com [ /url] with no popup window for the title to be put in.

It works fine on this version of vBulletin's text editor. Any ideas?
