Yes, I know that getting past the right click disabling is easy but it is not easy for the average joe that has to steal a style......

Your average ripper is not your average joe - they'll be familiar with HTML and how to get around right click prevention :) Also I use right click all the time on forums to open a new tab from the menu. It stops functionality.

It IS copyrighted. It belong to whoever made it, its his intellectual property and he has rights to it.

an average joe would never be able to rip a vbulletin style if he doesn't know how to pass the "super duper right click preventer", js can even prevents view-> source, but again that doesn't mean anything. "You can get whatever you see".

I wouldn't use this style on my site even if it was for sale. I just don't like it. I think whoever stole it should be sued.
