At the bottom, the pw just says PASSWORD HERE on the information below the MYSQL database

do you remember the password you made for the user in the database?

if not i believe you can click on edit next to the username at the bottom and change the password, and put that into your config file

it says "LocalHost, "myusername_myusername", <PASSWORD HERE>

Changing the pw says
"User Name:
Password:
"Create my Sql User"

^^is that how to change the user name and pw?

Did you create the database yourself or was it pre-created by your host?
If your host created it, he should have supplied you with username and password.

If you created it yourself, you must also create a user and assign that user to the database with all permissions

I was trying to, restore a database, and i set the permissions

So, did you create a user/password and assign it with full permissions to the database?
