Thanks, that worked.. OK, I figured out how to import my database. Now I need to know where do I install my script on this server??

usually in the apache folder is a folder called htdocs

just upload your vb folder there and then from localhost you would do something like this

http://localhost/vb/install/install.php

I just upgraded and it worked perfectly... I am now importing my database..
