Could you please upload the version you are using. Make sure to remove minimal the first few and last lines containing your license number!!

PLEASE NEVER EVER EVER attach a vBulletin file from the zip, regarldess if it has or does not have the first few and last lines of the file, You are not allowed to under any circumstances post full files ANYWHERE. It is part of the license agreement.

destinydog - if its a new site, just wipe it clean and start from scratch and be careful when applying your file edits. It may be quicker and easier in the long run.

its not a new site..its been up for years...just recently had the need for usergroups..now im stuck!

the site is years old...so i guess im jsut screwed?

The best advice I can give you. is upgrade to 3.0.6 and don't install any hacks.
