He says that you can restrict number of uploads as well as file size so in effect you can limit the amount of space each user has. If you don't have the bandwidth then you shouldn't be offering this hack to all your users anyway.

If you want to offer this for your board but are afraid of crazy bandwidth usage, I see from his screenshot that this has a separate admin selectable folder for the images. You can easily just disable hot linking via .htaccess for that folder.

well you can limit the file size down from 800kb to less, i have tried to make this secure and as of yet i haven't been able to upload a php file, I have got loads of ideas for this project some of the things are

different limits for different usergroups
different limits of types of file
gallery of upload files

and more,

right i have fixed a few problems look in attachments

if anyone wants it i will attach new files with all fixes so it works perfectly and layout is better ;)
