This is a very good Idea SFishy, I don't know anything happend after this.

Seeing all the User Notes at one place is very handy for Moderators and Admins.

Most of the tnguy3n's mods were very useful to me, I hope he will come out with a good Mod, and this one will also join with them.

You can set access permission who can see this.

Also datewise and recent usernotes would be better.
