Forgive me but I must be looking in the wrong section then.

I was adding a field in the "Add New User Profile Field", setting that as required doesn't seem to add it to the registration page. Unless theres another section specifically for the reg form?

you may have installed an hack, or edited the registration templates manually and incorrectly.

On a plain vb it works exactly as i said, so i cannot help you more.

Thanks, it works perfectly as you had said above. Using Regex to set the password works fine.
