This would be awesome! I have the interface of OScommerence integrated with vbulletin on my site. I just need something that can merge the user database and maybe the who's online.

How did you get this to work? I tried once and failed miserably... :disappointed:

Basically, just use some of the same coding you used in your header.php file in your vbulletin header file, after you have the header looking the same, its just a matter of having the same exact colors in vbulletin as you do in oscommerence.

I still have a lot more work to do, I still have to integrate my footer of oscommerence and vbulletin. :)

All I need now is for someone to integrate the databases so vbulletins who's online will show users on the main site, too!

Now i dropped the idea of forum + shopping cart integration.
There are huge edits i keep on doing to forums for users, morever sharing the information about customers on a store can be vital..

So i wont go for an integration of forums + store anyway

hmm, i REALLY wanted a store/forum integration, so i originally voted for this, but now that i read SaN-DeeP's post here, i dunno, ther eis an issue with having customer data open to the forum members. it might be a better/safer idea to keep them separate.

eh, keep me updated tho if you do integrate osCommerce, cuz i guess it really depends on how you do it and the features you can give.

I would be all for this, as I am curently looking for someone who has done this.

Technical stuff aside, I think it would be awesome to integrate the two systems so that it was set up like this:

The home page of the site should look a lot like vBadvanced:

Have the left column for osCommerce boxes, the middle for products & below them recent posts from select forums (say vendor forums), and finally the right side have forums stats, info, and a list of all recent posts.

So, any updates on this? :D

osCommerce what is used on vBavanced Products page or is that a custom hack? and if custom how much?
