A modification to work on the main index.php page of the board would be great, or on newpost.php and newthread.php.

Questions:
1) Whats the rules.php for?
2) I could not run:
Type: GLOBAL
Varname: $vbphrase[site_rules]
Text: Rules
So I left it out
3) installed on without the above and working fine.
