this doesn look like some kind of shoutbox, where people can "post" a message, and this msg will be displayed on TOP of your forum.

if you look at the attachment, you will see that "all-the-vb" is screaming "vbulletin is the best" ... may be some bad words after that, but it was errased :D

I dont buy this function :D

It seems I could not explain my self properly, any way:

The hack which I have programmed is used to present and show Anniversary announcements nicely.

Only members can write Anniversary announcements which well be viewable to all, all others (including visitors well be able to read it).

But putting Anniversary announcements is only restricted members

(or if you want, call it MEMBERS quick chat ).

Well, very weird, maybe handy to some ppl tho ;)

Keep those hacks coming mate :D
But maybe, just maybe, you could ask someone to review your discription next time...
