I thought this would be the issue. The ISP I am on is famous for having a heap of spammers and annoying 13 year old kids on it, but they are eventually killed by the ISP through constant nagging. The most annoying thing though, is it's just the Melbourne users of this ISP, and I unfortunently have to live here in a city full of spammers or 13 year old children.

Still, it's not good to ban such a huge range of IP's. Believe it or not, there are some non-spammers, like myself, on this ISP. I've always banned up to 3 periods of an IP, and no lower. It's up to you if you want to let me access your forum or not, only a mere thought.

i'll remove the coventry as the kid may have learnt his lesson. Unlikely though, lol.

It's quite nice. I like the main page alot. My only problem with it is the header image feels out of place around so much black. But this is just me, it still 'fits' though.

The forum design is awesome. One thing I like is that the hover over a thread title appears below in a table. That is neat. ^_^

It isn't so dark with my LCD Monitor, or my CRT Monitor. It looks good, I dont know where you guys are getting the dark from, maybe your monitors are not calibrated properly.

It looks black to me, therefore I thought it was dark. There's no way that color could be considered light. That's how it looks on my CRT monitor. =/

It can't be considered light...but it is not as dark as you guys say, or maybe Im used to it....not really sure.
