Did you test it? Currently in my forum guest/unregistered users cannot see the secret messages.

Yes. Members showed us where and what we've posted between the secret tags when they logged in again. I've logged out and saw all the text.

Do you allow guest/unregistered to view other's messages? ;)

I agree with you in that would be a major bug. I am willing to fix it but I am unable to reproduce it.

What version of vbulletin are you using?
Is the secret text viewable in the thread (showthread) or in other area while not logged in?

Attached a screen of how it behaves in my forum.

vb3 gold 3.00 and in the attach you can see the problem :(

A few things to get it more usefull

1. Option to activate the tag per forum
2. Moderators kann see all secret tag in forums where they are moderators

Kentaurus,

One problem with the hack. When they have email notification on, and they recieve an email showing the reply, it shows the secret text in there as well.

A little security flaw if you will.
