I'm not on cable or DSL. Of course it will be fast for a broadband connection, but you should aim to make your site friendly to modem and broadband connections, not just the one.

I am dail up, the load never seemed to bad even after deleting temp. I would say a couple seconds .

It's not THAT bad, I was only saying that it could slightly improve. I apologize if I came across in the wrong way. It's not too bad though.

if you could get it so that the only thing the two sites share is the user table (not pm's, postcounts, posts) then i would recommend that jelsoft bought the technology and used it for vb.org and vbT

then hopefully they could move posts between the two sites as need be and still main their seperate looks, staffing and feels.

I beleive they could do it easy if they 'wished'

I know I could do this if I wanted to put the time in it.
