wow this will work on vb3 but now am thinking what ideas can i use for awards :p

and how would i go about making it automated
if i used hidden profile fields and considering anyone could go over certain post counts / referals
and then u got other awards where u want to set them yourself ie when they do an exceptional post

Boofo - The badges I'm using are original artwork for our web site; sorry, they're not for public distribution.

Msimplay - If you wanted to set up certain conditions (e.g., postcounts, birthdays, etc.), then, yes, this could become an automated circumstance. But, ordinarily, badges are given in non-automated fashion, like the way you suggedted.

What version of vb are you using? Reason I ask is because I don't see anything remotely close to the screenie you posted of your ACP.

Id Still love to see this ported to vB3. All the other award hacks are terrible, and will not work on my board. :(

For all those interested, I am currently working on porting this to vb3 and adding in my own features that I have wanted to see this have.

I do not grant permission for this "hack" to be converted to vB3.

(Mods: Please enforce the terms of my stipulations and do not permit someone else from porting this simple of hacks.) If someone wants to devise a new Awards Hack, they are better off coding from scratch, since this hack is extremely simple and (for vB3) can probably be done without any "coding".

This is because you can basically do this hack through just template modifications in vB3 and Greater.
