their is no default option to do it,
but i used a simple sollution,
edited the PHRASE of the registrationcompleted and added the link to groupmembership
http://www.urllink.com/forum/profile...usergroupid=17
so you just place the links you want the users to be able to join :)

it is a workarround but it works ;)
