Not currently. If the original author decides to update and release it or someone writes there own original version of it and releases it you will, until then its not available for vB3.

I was hoping to settle this with Gary W. first, but he hasn't responded to my message so I will probably just end up deving up one for a vb3 release.

Well it's g-force2k2 now who will be releasing this hack, not me because it was him who created the original and he wants to release the one for vB 3 as well :)
