I can't get on either. Is this due to the DOS attack? have they blocked IPs? I've just bounced off a server in London and its fine?! .. seems a very strange way of stopping a DOS attack randomly blocking out blocks of IPs?

Best thing I can think of is to email them probably at support@vbulletin.com or you can always try to access jelsoft's main homepage and contact them there.

can't access the main website but sent an email off, I managed to post a message on the board bouncing off a london server and they said to email support@vbulletin.com as they IP may have been blacklisted.

I am in the US so I don't see why I would not beable to get on vbulletin.com.

Email support@vbulletin.com with your ip address to see if it has been banned, you can find your IP here: www.whatismyip.com

If vbulletin templates, vbulletin.org, and vbulletin.com are on the same server and they are banning ip's from the server then why can I get to both those other sites?
