I'd say upload ALL unhacked .php files to overwrite your existing vb installations, then revert all your templates to the original and you are all set.

This does not revert your original table structure but in %99.9 cases, this will be perfectly ok. A few hack tables that remain in the DB is completely harmless and it is very small possibility that you installed a hack which changed the default vb tables/fields in a harmful way.

so far everything is good... i uploaded the original php files and reverted the original templates
