Well back on HostRocket it is basically $9.99 a month and they have 99.9% guarrenty uptime. I think I have only been down once since I joined with them a year ago.

Always do traceroutes, and service scans on all hosts before buying hosting if you are looking for professional hosting, they may have good support, and cheap prices, but if they have few lines going into their facilities and routing to the server, don't bother.

For ex: nymphex has their servers with RackShack, and have enough connections routing back to the main ip of nymphex, which is ok.

fuitadnet.com is with cheetaweb.com with 10 routing connections.

In this deal, FuitAdNet.com is the winner, because I do not trust RackShack lmfao (personal opinion)
