I have the same problem and tried every method posted.
I tried adding my the email I registered with here (submitted form more than once and added it to all 3 lines) and I tried changing my forum email to the one I used to purchase my license.... didn't work. Nothing worked and I'm not wasting my time with it anymore. Hopefully it will be resolved by the time I get home from work. |
