In your VB general admin options, you removed the / at the end of your website url, as it was defaulted in the original installation. Add it back and everything will be ok.
So it should be:
www.lilis-welt.de/
and not:
www.lilis-welt.de

I have Vb 2.3.0 with vbHL 4.2 and i get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: xhtml_clean() in /home/****/public_html/archive on line 107

I installed/uninstalled this 4 times being very careful in every step.. any ideas?

I'm getting hit hard with web bots, is there away to limit how many webbots are on the site at one time?
