vB3 Beta 5 is currently avalible alongside vB 2.3.2. I've use the past two vB3 betas and had no problem using them on my live website :)

I haven't used it myself yet, I know DarkBlazes.com has a subscription set up, I'm not sure if anyone has used it. (That board is run by hellsatan here). Thats the only website I know thats using it, although there maybe others.
