Did you email ban him? Start deleting his accounts as soon as they are made. Make it harder for him.

Ban all free email addresses for the moment, and he should run out of email addresses.
Bottom line: No matter what you do you can never truly ban a person. They can use proxies, spoof IPs, and do all sorts of things to reregister. |
I think when the miserable user hack comes out for vB3 it will solve my problem.
