You can't do it with firefly's hack. I suggest contacting your host and asking them to install phpmyadmin. It normally comes installed on most servers anyway?

OK I found phpmyadmin, but I don't have any link that says "show processes" I have the following links after logging using the login and password for my forum mysql database:

That's all I have. Where do I find the "show processes"?

To run an sql file there should be a dropdown on the left. Find your database. Then a list of all the tables should appear in the right frame. Click the tab above them called sql and there is an upload box where you can upload your sql files :)
