You can change them in their respective templates.

Turn Add template name in comments to ON in vBulletin Options to view the templates in the page source code.

but wot do i have to edit?
im new to editing templates

View the page's source code (in IE, View -> Source) and then there will be HTML comments letting you know which templates are shown on that page. You can then go to the admin cp, Templates -> Modify -> Show All -> (the template shown in the source code here) and hit edit next to it to modify the template.

Templates are just the HTML code output, so it shouldn't be too difficult to modify them.
