Having installed it I was also overwhelmed by the admin panel. It's a little to much for me and I am not thrilled with the way the board looks either. Sure it's better and has more features but if you sat your mother down on any forum using VB3 and said "here is this bulletin board and I want you to figure out how to use it" she would never be able to do so. I have this feeling that many of my members on my site who are older are going to give up in frustration if and when I upgrade to it.

Progress is great but usuability is another issue.

well in gold it will have a completely new style and templates and that will probably make it a fair bit easier, and look a lot better too.

All my admins love it. It's only on test site but they have looked at it and it's alot more organized and layed out.

It's called take a couple hours and look it over.
