Just looks weird IMO - the input fields already do this inset business by using css in headinclude template. I find it looks best when used discretely in places with white bg's ;)
Not in big nested tables :D - miSt |
Btw if anyone discovers any incredibly cool effects (like Boofo ;)) feel free to share them.

I'm using your original code and I can't see the difference. ;)

Hehe can't u see the kind of bevelling there with the checkboxes protruding from the bg. Try using inset instead of outset - that's what looked best for moi :)

I tried it. Doesn't look quite right here. In the attached picture, the top 2 boxes are with inset and the other ones are with outset.

I'm confused as to what your trying to achieve bob ;) Can i see a screenshot of what you want it to look like and i'll investigate :D

I like it with outset, myself. Inset makes the boxes a little bigger and doesn't look quite right to me.

It doesn't look that nice anyway with inputs - try outset on an input field - looks horrendously confusing lol :) I found it looked awesome on the forumrules and in my forum sponsors hack and basically in tables ;)

I think the input boxes look a hundred times better like this. It gives them a little more depth.
