Personally I'm not sure what the difference between the two options is. The descriptions don't really help based on my experience.

Just one remark : Notify about new members (value: ): While not a security risk, you should enter in your e-mail address for this setting to be quickly warned about potential troublemakers who register. Heh, I have about 200-300 new members every day, I think it's a bad idea to use e-mail notification here :D |
