I disagree STRONGLY with this statement. It takes more than copying and pasting to install a hack. What if conflicts arise? If you don't understand the code, then you won't know what to do. What if the hacker wrote some really crappy code? You need to know enough to tell that the hack would kill your server if you installed it.

Hacking shouldn't be attempted by anybody who cannot read PHP and write html. No matter how easy the install script or how well written the directions, hacking without a clue is dangerous and is also unfair to the hackers who get sick of supporting stupid questions.

but im sorry i seemed harsh. though in saying that if you dont have a clue about php / html dont hack, well its just a case of looking thru a doc and replacing text like any word doc.
