Do you use a firewall or antivirus who blocks scripts perhaps?

Well, clicking any link on a page with animated GIFs will cause Internet Explorer to stop animating all GIFs on that page. That's why when you use the smilie-insert buttons, all the smilies stop animating. There is a way to fix it (Here) or you can use layering to place one cell over top of all your animated GIFs that are buttons, so that it's the cell that gets clicked, not the GIF. That should also let them keep animating.... But it would be a lot of work to make every link on your boards have a cell over top of it to prevent GIF stoppage... :rolleyes:
