Unlicensed members can post in all forums, as far as I can but not download attachments. That's my understanding. This is why there are unlicensed members releasing hacks in Full Releases. They can release them, but can't download their own hacks. Strange but true. :)

This is true? So no more restrictions for unlicensed users? they should not be able to see the threads, IMO.

I agree they shouldn't, but they seem to be able to recently, post new hacks, request for hacks, ask for support etc. I'll ask Firefly about this...

But what about threads like this when there is no attachment? Does that mean they can view/use the hack?

Yes. Which is why when you post a hack, put the instructions in an attachment.
