There was another one today. Well, they didn't say for sure if it was the same guy, but that's what they suspect.
A guy was shot while pumping gas :(

With that kind of sniper who claim that he is God, why should he stop?

Frankly, I aint surprise that DC will end up get ol'good sniper or special force to deal with sniper. Or even put DC into quarantine if killing increase. Sniper of DC obviously beyond DC police's skills...
