should the Url in the Cp General Settings be set to /forum or forums

Is there anything in the header template that could effect it. We made a recent change to that.

I can't tell you without seeing your header template. Basically, an other javascript can interfere with it.

The best advice I can give you is to see if your PM popup works in the first place.

Revert your headinclude and header templates to normal (backing up the custom ones), and try it. If it works, we know then it's the custom javascripts you've added that is interfering. You must then add them one by one to see which is the culprit.

Thanks, it was working with all that script until I believe the last one was added that is in the header template.
