ok, i downloaded and installed it, when i connected with it i got this error:

1130 - Host 'dsc09.waf-dc-0-99.rasserver.net' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

I need help with this also kind of I just need to know how to backup my database and upload the thing. The manual didn't help because I don't know what the hell telnet is =\

If you have a shared server, you may not have telnet, infact most don't but I got lucky :D

You probably (in fact almost definatly) won't have telent access as its unsecure. You may probably have SSH access. Nakkid (aka TECK) posted a tutorial in the hints and tips bit on how to backup your database and how to restore it and gives details of how to do it via SSH.
