so with this, when new users sign up under phpnuke does it automatically convert it to vbull user files? is this all id need to integrate vbull and phpnuke user datafiles?

This isn't an integration script, Blade. This is an import script where you would import the users from PHP-Nuke to vBulletin.

I recommend this hack though mind you it was designed for phpnuke 5.5/5.6

I'm not sure what error message you are seeing, but I'm not seeing any error message in the download link.

Sorry for the confusion. I was refering to the nuketovbfinal.zip file, the direct link in the hacks section gives an error. But I now see that the file is attached to the first post in this thread.
