Cannot specify one forum??!?!?! Crazy. Anyone know how to hack it to add this function so I can have one forum that gets moderated?

It's per forum, you can specify only forum to moderate new threads. I thought I just said that.......

I specified one forum by the forumid but it does not work :(

there is a radio button in the admin cp for each forum;
forums-> modfy->
Thread Queue
(Require moderator validation before new threads are displayed) Yes No

Tried modifying but I get the following error after installing hack. This is what I get:
